Teamworking. (The heading should be Team Work)
Maybe, almost all of us must work with other people. It is not very usual to find people who work alone all their time. The kind of work we must (Must vs. Have to) (Must expresses personal circumstances but have to deals with external circumstances; things
that we are obliged to do without having a say in the matter. Whereas, must deals with personal opinions about a given situation.) do is getting harder. This situation has changed how we work and how our behaviour is in our workplace. I´ll try to explain what we need in order to work together satisfactorily. (I like the last part of this paragraph.)
The first question is that we ought to understand that it is not possible to work along alone. Nowadays, the world is very complex.
Professionals, enterprises and academics have strong close (strong is not wrong, but close goes better with the word relationship.) relationships. They need each other deeply and this relationship is getting stronger. If the world were simpler, this these (the word partners is plural, so we need the plural form of this, which is these.) kind of partners wouldn´t exist. So, the problems that we usually have in our work need a complex (a complex what????? Complex is an adjective. a complex solution?
a compex answer??? etc.). In this (again we have a plural word “answers” with a singular demonstrative “this.” We need the plural “these.”)answers we usually use maths, history, statistics, psychology, economy etc.
The second question is that if we are, or not, are (we have a repetition of the verb here. Look at the underlined word earlier in the sentence.) used to working with other people. That is a very interesting question, and I don´t know if I am certain of the answer. I used to think that we are used to working in team. I´ve always thought that the humans human beings are social animals and they love living together and working in team. (a team or teams. You cannot have a singular noun alone. It needs to be determined.) With the (there´s no need for the article here. Time is mentioned here in general. It is not a specific type of time.) time, and reviewing my own experience I have learn that that is true when people can´t survey (survey is una encuesta.
Survive is sobrevivir.) alone, but it is not always true when the survival is easy, like in the modern world. Nowadays, it is more important to became (become became become: we need the infinitive here.) the first one (top person) in your job even if you destroy other´s others´ (other is an adjective which goes with plural nouns. Another goes with singular nouns, and others is a noun. We need a noun here, which means los otros.) work. It is said that the market is like a jungle, and maybe it ( you keep omitting the subject before the verb, especially when the subject is the word “it.”) is true. Now, I think that people working like this is sre egoist selfish and evil. They could trait trade (trait means rasgos/charactaristicas. Trade means cambiar/comerciar) their own friends in the their job, if they needed it.
The third idea is that if we are not be (are is underlined earlier, as it is the “be” of to be able to. You don´t need this “be” again.) able to work in a team,. (stop the sentence here. Use a full stop and begin a new sentence with a capital word.) what What is the reason? Perhaps our education is too lonely individual. When we are child we study alone and we do our evaluations alone. The success of our studies is an individual success, and we never study in teams. An individualist education (this idea is singular.) makes individualist people, I guess.
What can we do with this panorama? Is it an irreversible situation, anyway? I don’t think so. Despite of (despite doesn´t have a preposition after it.) our education system and the common competitive environment, we can work solidarity (this means solidaridad. You meant to say solidariamente, which means jointly.). We ought to think that the global (collective) effort is more than the sum of the individuals individual´s efforts. We usually work in organizations that have complex deals, missions and visions. If the organization advances, our own professionals professional life advances too. If the organization fails, we fail
too. On the other hand, working with another other kind of people is always funny (funny is gracioso. Fun is divertido. We need the word fun here.) and enriching. We could learn many thinks (tricks or thoughts), many different points of view about our work. If we work with people who have studied another kind of thing, much better!. If we work with people from abroad, it could be fantastic.
In short, we are always learning because we are not perfects (perfect is an adjective, and the adjectives in English don´t have a plural form.) and genius (genius is a noun and it does have a plural form. In this case we are not geniuses.). The only way of learning and improving, (the comma is not really necessary because The only way of learning and improving is the subject of the verb “is”) is working in a team.
